Rathinam Group of Educational Institutions kick starts its on-campus community radio (CR) station- Rathinavani 90.8 in Coimbatore. Rathinavani 90.8 will broadcast programmes in Tamil Language on education, environment, health, art and culture, entrepreneurship and infotainment. The content and programmes will be developed by the students and faculty of journalism and communication.

Fact: As per an article by Reuters this information is partially true. However, we need to consider that the reference made in the article is for that particular day. The article said, “The death toll reached 2,157 on Tuesday - one person every 40 seconds - with another 170,000 people infected, numbers that experts say could grow with millions of Americans defying official warnings and travelling for Thursday’s Thanksgiving holiday”.
Story 2:
The information came for fact-checking that a hospital in Coimbatore is advertising about post covid care rehabilitation. The pamphlet claims to ‘UNDO covid damage’.
We found that while several hospitals in India are giving post covid care, no evidence has been found about the permanent effect of covid-19 and the research is still on-going. Meanwhile, there is also no scientific evidence to claim that any side-effects due to covid-19 can be UNDONE.
