Questions & Answers
How does the free trial work? It's simple: you'll create a Raaga account and activate your FREE trial from the device. NO credit card required. The free trial gives you full access to all the great features as a paying Premium subscriber which includes unlimited downloads and no ads. After your trial, we'll ask you for your payment information, and you'll be billed the monthly fee moving forward.
What about ads? Ads? No way! Raaga Premium is a No Ads service. You will not see any ads on your approved enabled device as long as you login to your My Raaga account on the device.
What types of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Paypal too. For users from India, we support payments via Debit Cards and Net Banking from all the major banks. If you'd like us to accept purchase orders or take any form of offline payment, please write to billing@raaga.com

Will I need any special software/hardware to access Premium? All you will need is to install the Raaga app on your device. Raaga Premium is available currently available on iOS and Android. Will soon be available on Windows Phone, Windows 10 and Mac OS.
Am I tied to a contract? There are absolutely no contracts with Raaga. You are billed monthly and you can cancel or pause your account at any time.
Can I use multiple devices with my subscription? Of course you can. Your subscription plan allows for upto 4 devices. You can download on one device and synchronize your downloads to other devices. You can authorize or deauthorize devices at will. When you sign out or deauthorize a device, the offline downloads will be cleared from the cache, but will still be saved in the cloud and sync again when you sign in to the device.
